se:kit can be configured just the way you want it: with modular elements that can be easily connected, most of them without using any tools.
Countless design options
What kind of user will the swivel chair be suitable for? And in which area of work will it be used? Are you looking for a chair that requires little or no operation effort at all, or a chair that can be adjusted individually? Due to its modular concept, se:kit offers a greater variety of configuration options. From the neck support to the castors, from the membrane colour or the full upholstery to the mechanism – nearly all components can be individually selected and put together to create the swivel chair of your dreams.

Ergonomics and function
Comfortable seating combines elaborate function and ergonomic aspects. With the further development of our time-tested dorsokinetics, we have implemented a concept that combines both freedom of movement and active support. The flexible element provides mobility for the backrest, allowing it to follow the user and provide support with their every movement.
It follows the most stringent requirements, is state of the art and allows comfortable seating for everyone. With the new office chair standard DIN EN 1335-1:2023 Typ A, se:kit meets the requirements for a diverse user base and their various demands.
Strong in the back
The backrest with the flexible element offers freedom of movement in all directions.
Sedo-Lift III
The robust seat height adjustment (30-year guarantee) is virtually wear-free, even when used by a variety of users. In its lowest position, it ensures a soft, back-friendly cushioning when sitting down.
Seat upholstery
For additional seating comfort, the comfort seat with a height of 65 mm is optionally available (standard height: 55 mm).
Visitor chair
The matching visitor chair is available with an upholstered or membrane back, with or without armrests, as a cantilever chair or 4-legged frame (with castors or glides)
Keeping the swivel chair in order – with the coat hanger, a jacket or coat can be neatly stowed away
The backrest is available in three heights as a membrane or fully upholstered version
Mechanism in three versions – to suit individual preferences it can be configured up to 180 kg user weight
The upholstery fabric runs beautifully over the edge of the backrest to round off the design
The height-adjustable armrests are available in six different designs or, alternatively, users can opt not to have them at all
The height-adjustable, swivelling neck support provides relief for the head and neck

Due to the mix-and-match character as well as the wide variety of choices, se:kit can be individually configured – so that everyone can have their favourite version.
Sedus colour schemes
A harmonious environment contributes significantly to well-being and productivity. Thoughtfully designed furnishings, pleasant material and fabric combinations as well as the choice of colour accents optimally complement the overall appearance. The four colour schemes Smart Balance, Urban Living, Soft Being and Multi Creation can be used to design working environments and suitable se:kit settings.

Sustainable production
We purchase around two thirds of the steel, aluminium and wood which we require to produce our products in Germany and almost all the rest from Europe, this helps us to avoid long delivery routes whilst, at the same time, boosting the local economy. We use materials which have been tested and assessed with respect to potentially adverse effects on human health and the environment.
